Whether you're an experienced journeyer or new to the world of psychedelics, having a comprehensive preparation, navigation, and integration plan is essential to getting the most out of your experience.

Plant medicines open the door to a world of potential. They can show you the behaviours, patterns, and limitations that are holding you back from true fulfillment. They can interrupt addiction, correct past narratives, and can allow deep emotional and somatic healing.

Psychedelics can show you what it’s like to truly experience forgiveness, compassion, and peace. They can show you your strengths, your power, your potential, and what it's like to live from your true, authentic self.

But psychedelics aren't a magic bullet. They can give you a glimpse of what's possible, then it's up to you to turn passing states into lasting traits. The real value comes in the days, weeks, and even months afterwards, with the implementation of a deliberate and consistent practice of integration.

Preparation

Preparation lays the groundwork for deep growth, healing and transformation. Generally, the more you put into this phase, the more you'll get out of the experience.

Your preparation plan will include:

Setting and refining your intentions so your journey will have a purpose and direction that's truly aligned with your overall needs, priorities and goals.

Preparation for the navigation of the experience itself, including somatic practices, breathing techniques, and mindset and resilience tools to best support your exploration of non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Establishing the framework for your aftercare and integration plan. We'll identify next steps, determine your support systems and consider a variety of potential integrative activities.

Preparation of your lifestyle, relationships and social network, your nutrition, fitness and sleep habits, and the deepening of your connection to your inner purpose, guidance and wisdom.

Navigaton

Navigation

Psychedelic journeyers report experiencing an array of sensations, sights, and emotions ranging from abstract or vague, to mystical and transcendental.

While it's not possible to predict how each experience will unfold, I'll teach you to enter the unfamiliar with curiosity, self-trust, receptivity, and without expectations.

I'll show you a variety of tools such as breathwork, somatic practices and resilience skills to prepare your body and mind for the opening of your consciousness to deeper levels of awareness.

Integration

Integration

Integration means "to put together."  After a psychedelic or transformative experience, to integrate is to collect the threads of the lessons and insights and weave them back into the tapestry of self. When we integrate, we call back and accept the parts of ourselves that we pushed down and cast off. We heal our wounds. We become whole.

Integration is an ongoing process, and it may evolve over time. It takes work, but it is incredibly rewarding and impactful. It's an opportunity to both heal the past and explore potential.

In practical terms, integration involves making sense of the experience and linking the insights back to your intentions, history, goals, and life vision. We'll implement a practice of mindset and life changes that will support lasting transformation. Drawing on principles of self-directed neuroplasticity, I'll teach you strategies that will help turn new habits into long term change.

"The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek."
